We collect account and contact details, profile images, vehicle listings and photos, trade preferences, messages, offers, reports, support requests, and dealer-verification documents. We also receive device, browser, IP address, diagnostics, location when permitted, usage, cookie, and security data.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide matching, messaging and offers, estimate vehicle values, verify users and dealers, moderate listings, prevent fraud, provide support, improve TraidMatch, communicate with you, and comply with law.
4. Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, processing relies on our contract with you, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting TraidMatch, consent, or protection of vital interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Sharing
We share information with other users where needed for listings and trades; with service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, notifications, analytics, support, and security; and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data for money.
6. Transfers, retention and security
International transfers use recognised safeguards where required. We retain data only as long as necessary for the service, legal obligations, disputes, and security. We use technical and organisational safeguards, although no online system is completely secure.
7. Your rights

8. Children and updates
TraidMatch is intended for adults who can legally enter vehicle transactions. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children. We may update this policy and will publish the new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes.
