Plain-language summary
TraidMatch helps users discover vehicles, communicate and structure trade offers. We are not the buyer, seller, dealer, inspector, payment provider or registration authority. Users must verify vehicles, documents, counterparties and payments.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using TraidMatch you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting, provide accurate information, and secure your account.
2. Service and estimates
TraidMatch provides discovery, matching, messaging, offers, estimated value ranges, moderation and safety guidance. Estimates and compatibility scores are informational, not guarantees or professional valuations.
3. Listings and content
You retain ownership of your content and grant TraidMatch a licence to use it as necessary to operate and protect the service. Listings must be accurate, lawful, current and disclose known material defects or restrictions.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not list stolen or prohibited vehicles, misrepresent identity or vehicle details, harass, spam, commit fraud, scrape or disrupt the service, bypass security, or infringe others’ rights.
5. Trades and payments
Users negotiate and complete transactions directly. TraidMatch does not inspect vehicles, hold deposits, process payment, transfer title, provide insurance, or guarantee a transaction. Independently verify all documents, ownership, condition and payment.
6. Dealers, moderation and termination
Dealers must provide accurate information and comply with applicable law. Verification is not an endorsement. We may remove content or suspend accounts for breaches, risk, security or legal reasons. Users may stop using TraidMatch at any time.
7. Availability, liability and changes
The service is provided as available. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the extent allowed by law, TraidMatch is not responsible for agreements or disputes between users. Updated terms will be published with appropriate notice. Contact legal@traidmatch.com.
